Man charged with attempted murder for Saturday shooting
A 19-year-old man was charged this weekend with attempted murder with a firearm in connection with a shooting Saturday near Northeast 16th Avenue and Killingsworth Street.
Robert Dimitri Sabb was arraigned Monday, also accused of unlawful use of a firearm, and first-degree criminal mischief.
No one was injured. But one woman told police a bullet struck her parked car.The shooting occurred about 2:40 p.m. Saturday. Witnesses helped identify Sabb as the gunman who fired at two young men and then ran to a red vehicle. Police recovered five 9 mm shell casings in the middle of Northeast 16th Avenue.
